Born and raised on a Sharlayan's family of librarians that migrated to Ul'dah, being a academic was a big part of Sativ's life. Early on, the Hyur was a bookworm, reading books all day and night, but having naturally thin aether means that she had difficulty with casting even the most basic spells. The years passed on and the lacklusting Aether manipulation was worrying.With old contacts from her parents, Sativ moves to Old Sharlayan to finish her studies. It was during this time that the Incident happened. A big fire engulfed the all alone Hyur on after class hours. Being plucked back to reality by resident healers, scars covered her body and changed her forevermore. But it was a success.After a swift recovery, Sativ was then expelled from Old Sharlayan. Returning home to Ul'dah, she started her new life as another humble adventurer.
